Grand Peaks is currently accepting scheduled appointments at both our Rexburg and St. Anthony Medical clinics.   However, if you have a cough, fever, trouble breathing, fatigue, have been in areas of high coronavirus activity, OR have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for coronavirus PLEASE call (208) 356-4900 Before Entering Our Facilities.  If you are in need of a prescription Refill, also, please call ahead.

Grand Peaks Dental is open for emergency or pain-related appointments only.  If the patient has no symptoms as described above or has NOT been exposed to someone who has symptoms PLEASE call for an appointment at (208) 356-4900.

Grand Peaks Behavioral Health is offering appointments by video conferencing along with in-person visits, please call for direction at (208) 356-4900.
