Dr. Jacob K. Curtis

Dr. Jacob K. Curtis joined the Grand Peaks Medical Team in June 2016.

Prior to joining Grand Peaks, Dr. Curtis provided Family Medicine and Obstetrics in Preston, Idaho for 8 years. He comes highly trained and experienced and is excited to contribute to the excellent care already being provided in the community. He provides an extensive variety of primary care procedures with a focus and advanced training in Obstetrics. He has delivered over 1,000 babies thus far in his career.

Originally from Teton Valley, Dr. Curtis and his wife Jamie are excited to come back to Rexburg where they first met nearly 20 years ago. He and his wife have 5 daughters. As a family they enjoy boating, wake boarding, camping, snowboarding, and doing things together at home. They have also enjoyed being actively involved in the community where they came from and look forward to doing the same here. Dr. Curtis and his family are looking forward to making Rexburg their long term home.

Bryant Hansen, PA-C

Bryant Hansen PA-C was born and raised in Rexburg, Idaho. After graduating from Madison High School he served a 2 year mission for the LDS Church in Londrina, Brazil. He then attended BYU-Idaho where he graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Music with an emphasis in Cello Performance with minors in Biololgy, Chemistry, and Portuguese. He earned his Masters of Medical Science degree in Physician Assistant studies at Salus University in Philadelphia, PA where he graduated with highest honors.

Bryant is married and has three young children. He loves spending time with his family. He especially enjoys playing sports such as basketball, football, tennis, and golf. He is also is an outdoors enthusiast where he enjoys, hiking,camping, and skiing.

Bryant has been at Grand Peaks since October 2013 and is excited about the opportunity to serve in this community for years to come.

Andy Brower, PA-C

Andy is an Idaho native with strong ties to Eastern Idaho. Andy grew up in Pocatello and completed his undergraduate work at Idaho State University. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Radiographic Sciences and worked as a Radiology Technician for 5 years. He then went on to attend Rocky Mountain College where he received his Master of Physician Assistant degree.

Andy worked at Upper Valley Family Medicine in Rigby for 4 years where he provided care for a broad spectrum of illnesses, diseases, as well as chronic conditions. He enjoys being part of the healing process and providing his patients care as they heal, progress, and/or recover.

Andy joined the Grand Peaks team in May 2015 and appreciates being able to provide care in the same community that he calls home.

 

Whittney Miller, FNP

Whittney Miller grew up in Teton, Idaho, and graduated from South Fremont High School. She received her RN degree from Brigham Young University Idaho and worked as a Registered Nurse at Madison Memorial Hospital for 2 years. While working as an RN, she continued her education at Idaho State University to obtain her Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Whittney loves helping people with a variety of health-related conditions and is excited to work in the community she grew up in. She lives in St. Anthony with her husband, Kegan, and 2 children.

The Grand Peaks team has welcomed Whittney to the team on an "as needed" basis to provide coverage for both our locations.


Dr. Chant Williams, Chiropractor

Dr. Williams attended BYU-I for 3 years before going to Chiropractic college. While attending Logan College of Chiropractic he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science as well as a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Dr. Williams’ first practice was in Herriman, Utah. He began his career in Chiropractic as a managing partner of the practice.

Dr. Williams is very interested in merging both medical and chiropractic care together. “I am a firm believer that Chiropractors and Medical Providers can do more for the patient together, in one office, then we can separately. I am so excited to be a part of the Grand Peaks Medical team, and look forward to helping as many patients as we can in their journey towards better health.”

Dr. Williams is married with 3 children. He says he “could not have survived school and starting a practice without the support of his lovely wife and 3 wonderful children. We returned to Rexburg after a 9 year absence to be closer to family and further establish my career.”

Grand Peaks welcomes Dr. Chant Williams to the team of healthcare Providers and is one of the few Community Health Centers who have merged chiropractic care into the patient treatment plan.

Dr. Taylor Jardine, DDS


Dr. Taylor Jardine is a native of Southeast Idaho, growing up in Idaho Falls. He graduated from Hillcrest High School as a Valedictorian of his class. After attending Ricks College for a year, he served a Spanish speaking mission in Santiago, Chile.

Dr. Jardine received an undergraduate Bachelor’s Degree from at BYU. He then attended the University of Texas Health Science Center, at San Antonio Dental School, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS).

In 2009 he decided that eastern Idaho was “calling him home.” Dr. Jardine began practicing in Idaho Falls. After practicing for several years, in 2014 he joined the Dental Team at Grand Peaks. Dr. Jardine enjoys the dental field and helping those who need dental work, be able to afford their care.

Dr. Jardine is married to his wife, Brooke, and has 3 wonderful boys with another child on the way. He enjoys anything with his family including attending sporting events of his favorite teams and cheering on his kids in their various sports. He is an avid BYU fan and enjoys a good round of golf on occasion.

Grand Peaks is proud to have Dr. Jardine as part of the Dental Team. He “loves his job, patients, and giving back” to the community.

Dr. Kent Beesley, DDS.

Dr. Kent Beesley is a native of the Upper Valley, growing up in Rigby, Idaho. He graduated from Rigby High School and went on to complete his undergraduate degree at Idaho State University. He then attended dental school in Seattle at the University of Washington School of Dentistry; graduating in 2008.

After completing school he practiced in Soda Springs. In 2011, he joined the Grand Peaks Dental care team in St. Anthony. Dr. Beesley enjoys providing essential dental services to those who are in need. His goal is to make every visit as smooth and easy as possible. He speaks fluent “dental Spanish” and continues to learn dental terminology every year.
Dr. Beesley enjoys being close to home and loves all that Idaho living affords. When not at the office he can be found outside enjoying his horses, fishing, hunting or working in his yard. He especially enjoys the time he spends with his wife Melanie and their four children.

Grand peaks is fortunate to have Dr. Beesley as part of the Dental Team and as our Dental Director.
