Holly Peterson is a certified physician assistant with a strong educational and professional background. She graduated from Rigby High School and went on to earn both a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Physician Assistant from Idaho State University.
Holly’s professional journey includes diverse experiences, from working as a certified nursing assistant (CNA) at Portneuf Medical Center and Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center (EIRMC) to performing as a professional ballerina with Ballet Idaho. As a physician assistant, she has provided care at Emmett Family Medicine and Leavitt Women’s Healthcare.
Originally from Rigby, Idaho, Holly enjoys baking, ballet, and camping in her free time. Her passion for the medical field was sparked by her early love of science, which later grew into a deep commitment to patient care and education. Holly is particularly passionate about patient education, especially concerning diet, and often advises her patients to “eat blood sugar-friendly.”
