Erin Pullman, LCSW

Erin received her undergraduate degree from Southern Utah University in 2011 and spent several years working with developmentally disabled adults and children. Erin moved to southeast Idaho in the spring of 2013 and for several years provided CBRS and case management services to adults and children in the area. Erin received her Master of Social Work Degree in 2018 from Northwest Nazarene University and her clinical license in 2021.

She has over 10 years of experience working with people from a variety of backgrounds with varying diagnoses and disorders. Erin currently provides individual counseling services to children and adults with mental health symptoms including depression, anxiety, PTSD, anger, relationship conflicts, grief and loss, poor stress management, and communication issues. Erin utilizes modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy with her clients. She also enjoys working with couples by offering help, hope, and assistance as they navigate through conflicts and work toward building better communication skills. Erin also has experience working with substance use disorders providing individual and group counseling and coordinating services with Jefferson and Madison County probation.

Since joining the Grand Peaks Behavioral Health team in December 2021, Erin has been working as a school-based counselor in the Fremont County Joint School District. This gives children and adolescents even greater access to mental health care and helps eliminate some of the barriers to receiving services. By offering this service, children are able to be seen during school hours and the amount of school time missed is significantly reduced. This also helps to ease the burden on parents who may be unable to get their children to and from their appointments. Erin also provides in-office services at both Saint Anthony and Rexburg locations.

Erin is happy to call Southeast Idaho home, she enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring all that Idaho has to offer. Erin loves spending time with her family, cooking, reading, and doing crafts. “I look forward to many years of service at Grand Peaks supporting the communities of Southeast Idaho and helping people through the difficulties that life brings.”
