Charlotte Fatafehi

Behavioral Health Provider

Charlotte has lived and worked in Southeast Idaho off and on since 2005. She was born and raised in California and originally moved to the area to attend Brigham Young University-Idaho where she graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She has been a member of the Grand Peaks family since 2016 and worked in various capacities over the years. Most notably she has worked as support staff for the Behavioral Health Center since its opening and says that it has been a privilege to watch it grow.

Charlotte went back to school to become a provider for Grand Peaks because she has enjoyed working with the patients so much over the years. She joined our team as a provider in October 2022 after completing her Master’s in Social Work degree from Louisiana State University in May of 2022. Charlotte also has a Master’s in Spanish degree from Sacramento State University.

Charlotte works as a School-Based Behavioral Health therapist for Grand Peaks and works with children of all ages. She has experience working with children and adults who are dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, and communication issues. She uses modalities such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy.

Charlotte lives in Rexburg with her husband and their children. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. One of her favorite things to do is to pick a spot on the map and just go for a drive with her family and explore someplace new.
