Pleased To Announce New Provider, Dr. Trevor Wilde

Grand Peaks Medical is pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Trevor Wilde to our amazing Medical Staff Team! Dr. Wilde is a native of the Rexburg area and has returned to the Upper Valley.

Dr. Wilde will be providing Family Medical care, including Obstetrics (OB)/Prenatal care, Newborn care, Pediatrics, Adolescent and Adult Medical care, as well as Immediate care. He will be working full-time at our St. Anthony Medical clinic.
