Discounts

As a Federally Qualified Health Center, which is non-profit and partially federally funded, Grand Peaks is able to offer discounted services to patients that qualify. This discount is called a sliding scale. Your discount amount depends on income and household size. Once the calculation of discount is figured, your patient responsibility may be discounted significantly. The graphic below illustrates an example of an appointment with discount applied.
