Katie McFarland is a passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with an educational and professional background in social work.
Originally from St. Anthony, Idaho, Katie enjoys reading and spending time with friends and family when she is not at work. She loves getting to watch her kids do the things they enjoy.
Katie chose to be a clinician because of her interest in people and knowing as much as she can about them. She likes learning why people do the things they do and gaining a better understanding of human behaviors. Most of all, she enjoys helping people and seeing them learn more about themselves.
Her best piece of advice for patients is this: “Don’t make big decisions based on big emotions.”
