Linda Duran was born in Mexico City but has lived in the Idaho Falls area for the last 30 years. She graduated from Idaho State University with a bachelor’s degree in social work before pursuing a master’s degree in social work from Boise State University. She joined the Grand Peaks behavioral health team in April 2024.
With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, Linda is a seasoned professional. Her experience ranges from providing CBRS and case management services to inpatient clinical care. She has also facilitated group, marriage, addiction, and individual psychotherapy sessions for various age groups and populations.
Linda is passionate about helping others and providing culturally sensitive and bilingual psychotherapy to her community. She believes that some of our greatest lessons and personal growth opportunities come from failures and acknowledging our imperfections.
