In his youth he was very active in high school sports, the Boy Scout program, and anything outside. He furthered his education at Brigham Young University- Idaho and Salus University completing training to become a Physician Assistant. With a passion for families and children he worked in a Pediatrics clinic full-time and filled in for a Family Medicine clinic in Yakima, WA for 5 years. While living in Washington State he also served as an adjunct faculty member for Heritage University’s Physician Assistant program teaching Pediatrics. Josh returned to Idaho with his family in 2018 and worked in an Orthopedics practice in Idaho Falls for a year where he gained invaluable knowledge about orthopedic issues. He loves teaching others how to live a healthy and active lifestyle. He believes that listening to a patient is the most important step of any healing process or health maintenance.
Josh enjoys introducing his children to the outdoors and spending time with his family. When he is away from the office you might see him on the slopes skiing, hiking, riding his horse, fly fishing on the river, climbing tall peaks, running a country road, or working on a project in his garage or yard. Josh and his family feel very blessed to live in Idaho and serve this community.
